Custom Stage Modification

Regardless of make or model Minitube can integrate a digitally controlled and monitored heating-web into your existing mechanical or fixed stage. All machining and engineering is carried out in our facility ensuring individual attention to your needs and full service and support from Minitube.

Minitube's heated stages can be coupled with any of Minitube's range of control units and warming plates. A typical installation takes about 10 working days for most major brands. Additionally, Minitube has a limited range of modified and pre-calibrated stages in stock for immediate delivery.

PID + Fuzzy Logic Control

All Minitube thermal controllers maintain precise temperature control using a combination of PID and "fuzzy logic" controllers. Unlike other temperature controllers that use only PID systems to maintain temperature, fuzzy logic controllers offer a more efficient method to improve stability and effectively overcome the effect of temperature "load" disturbance. Each stage is precision milled to bring the heating web into direct contact with sub-stage face to provide greater stability and uniformity across the working surface.
